Tour #3:  Corn Maze Tour (45 min to 1 hr), 15 person minimum, $3.00 per person

After a brief introduction to the corn maze, the students will be separated into groups of 6 to 8 students per chaperon, and given educational passports that will lead them on a self-guided tour of the maze.

The passports will have agriculturally based questions that correspond to sign posts located throughout the maze.  By answering the questions correctly, they will be directed to the correct pathway to the one and only exit from the maze.

Students will get lost and have fun learning about agriculture along the way.  This tour supports goals for Illinois Learning Standards by providing problem solving, learning how technology is used, working in teams, and making connections.

This tour requires a chaperone for every 6-8 students.

If you would also like donuts for your group, please order when booking your tour, the cost is $.75 per donut added to each child’s tour fee.

To schedule a tour, please contact us with your request.  Please reference School Tours in the message field of our contact form.  Or call us at 815-825-2158 and ask for Denice, Cherie, or Terry.  Thank you.
